Job DescriptionJob Description

As a NetSuite Administrator, you will work directly with clients to understand their business needs and design. Youll provide support for cloud-based business management applications and consulting for NetSuite. This is a remote role with a growing organization with less than 10% travel to Indianapolis, IN.


What youll do

  • Assist with NetSuite customizations, configurations, integrations, and migrations
  • Work on NetSuite projects including new implementations, enhancements, and client support
  • Identify, implement creative business NetSuite solutions and suggest process improvements
  • Create Workflows, Dashboards, Reports, and KPIs
  • Requirements gathering sessions to map business processes and solutions
  • Lead client projects, including timelines, quality assurance, functional and design specs
  • Educate end users on NetSuite best practices and features

Experience Needed:

  • Typically, 5+ years of NetSuite implementation, analysis, and consulting experience
  • NetSuite administrator certification preferred
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
  • Solid business acumen and experience with full application of NetSuite software
  • Strong MS Excel, analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Data migrations, integrations, reporting, and customizations to NetSuite applications
