We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist on a contract-to-hire basis.


Responsibilities:

· Process high volume invoices

· Perform 3-way matching

· Maintain vendor communication

· Manage and maintain daily invoice tracking spreadsheet

· Process light AR – entering customer payments, no invoicing


Requirements:

· SAGE system experience

· Accounts Receivable and Payable experience
