Job Summary
Detail Manager at Hubler Honda is responsible for overseeing a team of detailers to clean, polish, and maintain customers' vehicles. The Detail Manager is a full-time, hourly position at our Taylorsville, IN location and offers competitive compensation and benefits with the potential for advancement.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation for the role of Detail Manager at Hubler Honda is hourly and ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, paid weekly. Additional benefits may include Health Care, PTO, 401K, and more.

Responsibilities
• Monitor and manage the workflow and productivity of the detail team
• Train and evaluate team members on techniques, cleaning processes, and customer service
• Ensure vehicles are properly delivered to customers on time and that inspection requirements are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Lead by example and model effective communication
• Maintain accurate and timely records
• Determine technical and personnel solutions to customer complaints
• Uphold company standards and ensure the team complies with established safety regulations

Requirements
• Three to five years’ experience as a detailer or related position
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of detailing products, tools, and equipment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
