Job Overview:

As a Program Coordinator, you'll collaborate with the director to enhance our program quality, support staff, and ensure compliance with regulations. You'll play a key role in maintaining a safe, fun, and educational environment while upholding our core values.

Transferable Roles:

If you have experience as a Nanny, Office Manager, Youth Program Leader, or Administrative Coordinator, you may have transferable skills for this position

Responsibilities:

  • Support staff morale and training
  • Ensure licensing and regulatory compliance
  • Assist in program development

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (or equivalent certification)
  • 2+ years of experience working with children (6 weeks to 5 years)
  • Straightforward TB test and recent physical
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

  • Must lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.
