Job Title: General Assistant - Inn


Location: North of Richmond, VA


Overview:

Our client, an esteemed Inn, renowned for its exemplary service and distinguished ambiance, is currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic General Assistant. This pivotal role is essential in upholding their commitment to providing unparalleled guest services and maintaining the safety and satisfaction of guests. The ideal candidate will embody a profound sense of responsibility, a passion for excellence in hospitality, and a versatile skill set to support various aspects of our Inn and restaurant operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Guest Services Excellence: Ensure all guests experience the highest standard of service; address and resolve guest concerns promptly, and maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor at all times.

Operational Support: Provide comprehensive support across all areas of Inn and restaurant operations, including but not limited to, front desk duties, housekeeping, dining service assistance, and event coordination.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with all team members to achieve operational goals, contribute to a positive work environment, and enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Feedback Implementation: Actively seek guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with management to implement changes that elevate the guest experience.

Safety and Security: Monitor property conditions to ensure the safety and security of all guests and staff. Implement and adhere to established safety protocols.


Qualifications:

Proven experience in hospitality or related field, demonstrating a track record of delivering exceptional guest service.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members of diverse backgrounds.

Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the Inn and restaurant operations.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.
