Responsibilities:

  • Analyze HR data from various sources, including employee surveys, performance metrics, and workforce data, to generate insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key HR metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in HR data to inform strategies related to talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand their data needs and provide data-driven recommendations to address challenges and opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to evaluate the impact of HR initiatives, policies, and programs, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across HR systems and reporting tools.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in HR analytics and insights.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations on HR insights, findings, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives by providing analytical expertise and data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field (Master's or advanced certification in analytics preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Insights Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong track record of analyzing HR data and providing actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data-driven findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and data management best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
