Pure Dental Spa is looking to fill an open position for a qualified, professional, and dependable dental Front Office Associate for our Chicago offices. Pure Dental Spa is not the average Dental office. We are looking for an individual who wants to grow, both professionally and personally, with a supportive team. Roles & Responsibilities of the Dental Front Office Associate:

  • Manage patient registration process

  • Facilitate patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently

  • Confirm and fill gaps in all providers' schedules as needed

  • Actively seek to optimize the patient's experience

  • Schedule reservations by phone or in person

  • Communicate with the team to enhance the cohesion of the entire team

  • Comfort and connect with patients; answer all patient questions

  • Creating and presenting patient's treatment plans

Requirements of the Dental Front Office Associate:

  • 1 year of experience working the front desk in the medical field is required (Dental preferred)

  • Strong Communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast pace changing environment

  • Basic understanding of dental insurance

  • Technical skills: Dentrix Ascend, Google Docs, and Google Sheets (preferred)

  • Being bilingual is a plus

Schedule for the Front Office Associate:

  • Monday - Thursday: 8:30AM-6PM
  • Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
  • Saturday 7:30am - 2pm (1x month)
