Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- At least 5 years of core plumbing service experience, including new construction, re-pipes, drain replacement and remodels.
- Assemble pipe sections, tubing and fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, or soldering, brazing and welding equipment.
- Install water heaters, faucets and toilets for both commercial and residential projects.
- Conducts client estimates and job scoping for small projects (primarily residential).
- Review blueprints and building codes and specifications to determine work details and procedures.
- Locate and mark the position of pipe installations, connections, passage holes, and fixtures in structures, using measuring instruments such as rulers and levels.
- A team player that works well within an organization.
- Service oriented and can communicate effectively with customers and the scheduler/project manager.
- Has integrity and can be trusted to work independently.
- Understands the business side of plumbing.
- Will pass a background check, MVR is clean.
- Primarily weekdays M-F (only occasional evenings/weekends).
- Full-time position
- Standard work hours: M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm (occasional evenings and weekends)
