We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Lines Producer at Marsh Insurance Services, Inc. to seamlessly transition and grow an existing producer's book of business. The Commercial Lines Producer will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with current clients, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue through effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of an existing producer's book of business and ensure a smooth transition process.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and preferences.
- Develop a deep understanding of the existing portfolio, including client profiles, industry sectors, and service requirements.
- Analyze and assess the current portfolio for growth opportunities and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base.
- Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up, accurate and timely quotations, and general account support. Anticipate, respond to, and follow up on all existing client needs.
- Actively seek new business prospects to expand the book of business.
- Collaborate with team members, mentor staff, provide expertise and answer questions, and participate in formal and informal meetings as needed.
- Support and prepare clients for renewal and retention and maintain strong client relationships.
- Maintain CE and participate in ongoing education and keep informed regarding industry information, new product information, legislation, coverages, and technology to continuously improve knowledge and performance.
- Review client audits, verify and facilitate corrections as needed and maintain A/R and billing
Qualifications
- Hold a Wisconsin state insurance license and have a minimum of ten years commercial lines insurance account management experience, as well as a Bachelors Degree or comparable work experience.
- Possess a valid drivers license and a source of reliable transportation.
- Strong understanding of the Insurance industry and market dynamics.
- Have a proven track record in business-to-business sales success.
- Proven ability to build and maintain new client relationships and servicing existing clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
