Customer Service Representative

Full-Time, Hourly, Tipton, MO

We're seeking an outgoing and friendly individual to join our team. This full-time opportunity joins a fast paced environment working in customer service. You'll be working with our members and subscribers over the phone and in person every day. While the activity presents a familiar daily routine, the nature of each customer inquiry will be unique and everchanging. To be successful in this role, you will respond to customer calls and provide accurate, timely, and satisfactory answers to questions and concerns related to the electric and fiber business. Your primary areas of focus will be: assisting with payments, setting up new service, and answering billing related questions.


On a regular basis you will:

  • Answer a multi-line phone system and respond to member and subscriber inquiries.
  • Maintain member accounts by providing accurate and timely documentation of each inquiry
  • Assist customers with payments, payment arrangements, and security deposits.

The most successful employees in this role have:

  • Conflict Resolution Skills
  • Ability to Multi-Task
  • Ability to Handle High-Stress Situations
  • Experience Working in an office environment
