Vector Fleet Management is seeking a Service Writer and Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Mt. Pleasant, SC area. If you have at least one to two years of proven Service Writer experience or have graduated from a related school or program, Vector Fleet Management wants to hear from you

Requirements:
- Coordinates units and equipment requiring service and repair by interacting directly with customer drivers and operators.
- Communicates using city FMIS and also verbal / written communication to relay vehicle and equipment needs to shop and city personnel.
- Greets customer drivers and operators in a professional and friendly manner.
- Record service information accurately into Excel spreadsheets and distributes to company and City Department heads
- Performs other administrative duties as required by the Site Manager or Asst. Site Manager
- Must have the ability/skills to answer phones and coordinate outside vendor activity
- Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity
- Excellent organizational and people skills
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening
- Acceptable driving record and pass drug test and background check
