Who are we looking for?
Hungry Sales reps who are eager to help an expansive database that has been carefully curated single handedly by this agency for 39 years
We want seasoned Insurance Sales Reps with 2+ years of California Insurance experience (Required)
3+ years Customer Service Experience - Required

Compensation: $45k-$55k/year + our ROBUST Comp plan
o Comp plan allows you to earn from $100 up to $300+ a day ABOVE your salary
o Starting Base Depends on: Position, Experience, Current Licenses Held, and desire to earn
o Bonus is based on your own ability to produce
o Guaranteed to make $80k+/year by meeting daily expectations.
