In this role, you will be responsible for providing maintenance support to multiple apartment communities in close proximity to each other in the Akron/Canton area. You will ensure that the properties are well-maintained and that resident work orders are completed in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in residential or multifamily property maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work orders and tasks.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and mobile devices.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and climbing ladders.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between different properties.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
