The Regional Sales Manager is the “chief growth officer”. This individual lives for growth, charting out a path to extend the impact and influence of the company The Regional Sales Manager is a talent scout, finding emerging and potential talent to drive growth, and is responsible for expansion by coaching and holding the sales team accountable.
Compensation:$100,000+
Responsibilities:- Oversee the growth and expansion in your market ensuring that each new sales associate is properly trained, profitable, service oriented and a strong cultural fit.
- Determine potential expansion locations within your market through research and due diligence and present to ownership prior to expansion.
- Implement the Sales Agent Training Program to ensure all sales agents in your market reach productivity and meet expectations within the first 100 days.
- Develop a bench of talent to grow future leaders and reduce the impact of turnover in your market.
- Previous Sales Management experience preferred
- Ambitious, self-motivated individuals looking for a rewarding leadership position
- 4+ years of sales experience
