SUMMARY

We are looking for a highly qualified Family or Internal Medicine Physician for a community medicine opportunity. Geriatrics a plus Outpatient only with flexible scheduling. This is an employed position in a physician-led organization. RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. This position is responsible for providing excellent care to patients in an outpatient clinical setting.

2. This is specifically for adult medicine and geriatric medicine.

3. The incumbent must be effective in unifying the business, operational, support and clinical arms into a cohesive team.

Qualifications:

MD or DO Degree

Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (new grads welcome)

Active and unrestricted AZ medical license

Outpatient practice experience, preferred

Proficient computer skills - MS Office Products (Word/Excel) and Electronic Health Records systems

Demonstrates flexibility

Displays excellent/compassionate communication skills with staff and patients

Epic experience, a plus – not required
