As an Administrative Assistant specializing in data entry and inventory control (also known as Scale House Administrator), you'll be responsible for managing truck scales, coordinating inbound and outbound load scheduling, and assisting customer service representatives. You'll also handle data entry tasks, prepare and send reports, and communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role; transportation industry experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently in a truck scale house.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products; experience with Oracle a plus.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
