Town Toyota Collision Center Estimator

Our Collision Center is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The Collision Center Estimator's primary responsibility is to evaluate collision damage to vehicles and provide accurate cost estimates to repair the damages. In this role, you will work closely with customers, insurance agents, and repair technicians to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assess collision damaged vehicles and provide accurate cost estimates for repairs.
  • Communicate with insurance agents, customers, and repair technicians to ensure clear and effective communication.
  • Prepare and submit estimates to insurance companies and fleet accounts.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of repair procedures, parts, and labor costs.
  • Promote and sell repair services to customers.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an Estimator in a Collision Center is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes, parts, and labor costs.
  • Excellent customer service skills and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Computer skills related to invoicing, estimating, and communication.
  • ASE or I-Car certification is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
