What would you do as a Construction Services Estimator

As a new Construction Services Estimator at BPG, you will be responsible for analyzing project blueprints, conducting on-site visits, and collaborating with various teams to create accurate cost estimates. Your day-to-day will involve researching materials, labor costs, and project timelines to ensure precise estimates are provided to clients. You will play a crucial role in maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders regarding project scope and budget considerations. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in meeting project deadlines and supporting our commitment to excellence.

What we're looking for in a Construction Services Estimator

To excel as a Construction Services Estimator at BPG, you should possess strong analytical skills to interpret project requirements and produce accurate estimates. Attention to detail is key in reviewing blueprints and identifying potential cost factors. Effective communication skills will be vital in liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project parameters are met. In addition to general construction estimating, the ideal candidate must be familiar with Electrical, Civil and Low Voltage project estimating.
