Our partnership with Assurance Wireless allows our team to do our part to improve the quality of lives of people and communities around us.  To continue providing for our community and communication partners, we are hiring an Entry Level Client Relationship Manager to join our team immediately. The Entry Level Client Relationship Manager will ensure the completion of new and ambitious fundraising strategies while working to diversify our income streams and develop the Trusts and Foundations. 

We are looking for a Entry Level Client Relationship Manager to provide sales support by creating, devising and implementing strategic marketing plans for our key accounts. The Entry Level Client Relationship Manager will be required to assist with pricing plans, customer interactions, and carrying out research to identify new sales leads. To ensure success, the Entry Level Client Relationship Manager should possess exceptional interpersonal skills.  A competent Entry Level Client Relationship Manager will utilize their customer-centric initiatives to result in optimized performance.

Entry Level Client Relationship Manager Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer satisfaction through developmental marketing strategies
  • Participate in classroom training sessions and product knowledge seminars.
  • Educating consumers on new marketing services or promotions
  • Qualify buyers by using the buyer requirement standards and company policies
  • Enhance our clients reputation by using top notch customer service skills
  • Team management and mentorship
Entry Level Client Relationship Manager Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of marketing, sales or customer service experience
  • Strong desire to continue learning and developing professional skill sets
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Student mentality and the desire to continue learning
  • Impeccable work ethic
  • Able to problem solve effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing and sales environment
  • Comfortable speaking in front of both small and large groups
