**Client Service Associate Responsibilities**:

- Build rapport with customers by providing professional, courteous, and genuine service
- Identify and resolve any potential needs the customer may have by educating them on services provided and any sales promotions
- Meet or exceed business production goals and sales objectives as established by upper management
- Reveal opportunities to cross-sell and/or upsell additional products and services offered by our clients
- Collaborate with management, customer service associates, and sales teams to stay updated on new products, services, sales, or policy changes
- Represent our clients with rectitude by compiling with all company-mandated policies and procedures
- Foster strong relationships with new customers to maintain a high level of client satisfaction

**Client Service Associate Requirements**:

- 1- 2 years experience in customer service or sales in a high-volume environment
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities
- The ability to thrive under pressure and in an ever-changing environment
- Clear and effective oral communication skills with the ability to effectively explain complex issues
- Exceptional active listening skills and the ability to leverage probing question
- An enthusiastic, ambitious, and charismatic personality
- The ability to build rapport with customers of varying personalities
- The ability to work flexible hours
- High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor Degree Preferred
- Reliable transportation is a must

Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
