Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Order Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing and completing sales orders, resolving customer issues, and ensuring smooth communication between various departments. Your ability to find creative solutions to customer problems and effectively collaborate with internal teams will be crucial to your success.


Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders and tickets promptly and accurately, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

  • Review customer orders for accuracy, completeness, and expertly ensure the orders are keyed into provider portals.

  • Collaborate with the customer and sales team to resolve order discrepancies proactively as well as customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution.

  • Identify and implement creative solutions to address customer problems, striving to exceed customer expectations.

  • Coordinate with various departments, such as sales, logistics, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless order management and timely order fulfillment.

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales orders, tickets, and related documentation, ensuring proper documentation flow and archiving.

  • Proactively identify process improvement opportunities within the sales order management system and contribute to their implementation.

  • Provide regular updates on order status and communicate any potential delays or issues to relevant stakeholders.

  • Ensure effective and clear communication with internal teams, customers, and external partners to facilitate smooth order processing and resolution of inquiries or concerns.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information and upsell opportunities to customers.




Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, data entry, customer service, or a similar role.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate across departments and with customers.

  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and documentation.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in using sales order management systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software, basic computer skills.

  • Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently as needed.

Shift- Monday- Thursday 11am-8pm, Friday 9am-6pm


Salary Range: $36k-$40k, Plus quarterly bonus
