Responsibilities
  • The QC Technician will be an integral part of the Manufacturing team and will be responsible for sample generation, preparation, and data analysis as well as for supporting production processes
  • Oversee test results for of all finished products according to specifications and relevant procedures
  • Conduct test results for raw materials according to specifications and relevant procedures
  • Perform analyses for in-process and release samples according to specifications and relevant procedures
  • Manage analytical testing of third parties products
  • Investigate and interpret data to determine if the reported data meets specifications or expected outcomes
  • Perform investigations on out of trends and out-of-specification results
  • Prepare documents enabling the traceability of results obtained in laboratory experiments
  • Write, review and update standard operating procedures and department policies
  • Maintain equipment maintenance, calibration and all equipment validation activities with the QC areas
  • Calibrate daily verification of instruments
  • Perform laboratory instrument and analytical method troubleshooting
  • Work closely with QC Manager, Senior QC Technician and other departments such as production, warehouse
  • Ensure safe working conditions and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Job requires availability to work on certain weekends and holidays
  • Other duties as assigned by management
