Responsabilités :
  • Expliquer les polices d’assurance aux nouveaux membres et aux clients existants via Zoom
  • Élaborer et calculer des plans adaptés en fonction des besoins des clients
  • Spécialisé dans la protection hypothécaire, les dépenses finales, les études collégiales, la protection des chèques de paie, etc.
  • Résoudre les demandes et les plaintes des clients
  • Étendre la portée de l’entreprise grâce à des techniques de réseaux et de voyage de service (si intéressé sur une base volontaire)
  • Se conformer aux normes et réglementations en matière d’assurance vie
  •  Identifier les domaines d’amélioration et Assister à une session de formation continue
Qualifications:
  • Une expérience préalable dans le service clientèle, le management, la gestion des clients ou d’autres domaines connexes sur les ressources humains est un atout
  • Capacité à établir des relations avec les clients
  • Fortes compétences en négociation
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale
  • Capacité à établir des priorités et à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois
