Caregivers are the heart and soul to any homecare agency; without fantastic caregivers we would not be able function. Our mission at FirstLight is that we exist to help people have their best day every day, and that starts with our caregivers.
Caregiver responsibilities include:
- Providing companionship and conversation
- Preparing and serving meals
- Help with bathing and grooming
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Shopping, errands, and transportation
- Assist with ADL's
- Caregiving experience
- Registered HCA(Home Care Aide)
- Current TB test
- CPR Card
- Valid Driver's License and car insurance
- Caregivers-first mentality - Caregivers are the heart and soul of our company.

- Support - Our office team is very involved in the day-to-day of our clients and caregivers.
- Communication - Well make sure you know what to do, where to go and that you have what you need to perform your job successfully.
- Training - Comprehensive training will be provided before you care for any client. And well match you with individuals youre compatible with.
- Flexibility - Well do our best to provide flexible options that work with your schedule.
