**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Janesville, WI. The Operations Manager will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and excellence in service delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about security technology and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee all aspects of operations, including project management, procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational processes and enhance efficiency.
- Manage and lead a team of technicians and support staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, finance, and technical support, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality control and customer satisfaction, striving to exceed expectations at every opportunity.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform decision-making and drive innovation.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the security technology industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Knowledge of Kantech, Verkada, Doorking, and DSC products is a plus.
