- Guaranteed salary in addition to bi-weekly productivity bonuses (if you do more, you get paid more) PLUS monthly productivity bonuses
- 4-5 patient visits a day… no more doing 6-7 visits a day over a HUGE territory
- Excellent mileage reimbursement (currently 0.625/ mile)
- Comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life, 401K and paid time off in addition to the 8 agency recognized holidays
- Clinician led management team who all started as field staff with the Agency
THE POSITION
Advantage is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Physical Therapist to provide services for its patients in the Stark or Summit county and surrounding areas. A successful candidate will have at least one consecutive year of current experience working as a Physical Therapist in the hospital, skilled nursing facility, assisted living, hospice or home health care fields. Home Health experience preferred but not required. We are seeking individuals that are:
- Team players willing to help, motivate and teach patients as well as fellow co-workers.
- Good communicators with our patients and stakeholders (internal staff, co-treating disciplines, social workers, discharge planners and physicians).
- Organized and able to manage a Physical Therapist case load of 20 to 25 patients in an autonomous work environment.
- Ability to supervise PTA's and work with our IN HOUSE therapy team of PT's, PTA's, OT's, COTA's and ST's
