THE POSITION
Advantage is seeking a highly motivated, experienced PTA to provide services for its patients in the Northern Tuscarawas County & Southern Stark & Holmes Counties and surrounding areas. A successful candidate will have at least one consecutive year of current experience working as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the hospital, skilled nursing facility, assisted living, hospice or home health care fields. Home Health experience preferred but not required. We are seeking individuals that are:
- Team players willing to help, motivate and teach patients as well as fellow co-workers.
- Good communicators with our patients and stakeholders (internal staff, co-treating disciplines, social workers, discharge planners and physicians).
- Organized and able to manage patients in an autonomous work environment.
