Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for a committed and certified Fee-for-Service Clinician to conduct therapy sessions for clients struggling with depression and anxiety. The ideal candidate must be licensed in Massachusetts as an LICSW or as a LCSW under supervision. The part-time position is a Remote/Telecommute opportunity that offers flexible scheduling from your home office. Candidates already certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) are an ideal fit, but not required.

Location: Off-site
Job Type: Part-Time (Minimum 10 hours per week), Remote/Telecommute, Fee-for-Service
Compensation: $55 per session

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver remote/telecommute individual therapy sessions using treatment modalities to address trauma, anxiety, and related mental health concerns.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and needs.
  • Maintain thorough, confidential, and up-to-date client records and session documentation
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Create a supportive, empathetic, and confidential online therapy environment.
  • Stay current with EMDR best practices and ongoing professional development.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and referral sources as necessary to support client care.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Valid licensure for independent practice (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in the state of [Insert State].
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients via digital platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a flexible, off-site work schedule effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in EMDR from a recognized training organization is desirable, but not required.
  • Previous experience working in a fee-for-service or private practice model.
  • Additional certifications or training in related therapeutic modalities.

EMDR Therapy Solutions and Wellness (Plymouth, MA) seeks a committed and certified therapist to staff its growing clinical practice on a part-time basis. The clinician must be licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a LICSW or a LCSW that can work with insurances under our supervision. This position will provide therapy sessions in an off-site location, offering flexible scheduling from your home office, while making a significant impact on clients’ mental health. A clinician certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) techniques is a big plus. Previous experience working in a fee-for-service or private practice model is ideal.
