Position Summary: This is a great opportunity to work in a very respected, very busy ears, nose, throat, head and neck surgeon's office. The successful candidate must maintain a cheerful, friendly, professional image at all times and in all communications. Must be able to multi-task while maintaining good patient-staff relations along with providing outstanding customer service.

 

Essential Job Functions: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Able to work with multiple complex computer programs
  • Type 55wpm (will be tested)
  • Accurate data entry-correct grammar and spelling
  • Keep work area clean, tidy, organized
  • Day-End system balancing
  • Appointment scheduling
  • End-of-day office cleaning
  • Flexible and willing to cross-train on multiple desks
  • Will primarily work in Provo but may occasionally work in Orem.

 

Qualifications: *Desires long-term employment *Minimum of 2 years medical experience *Familiar with medical terminology *Knowledge of health insurances *Pleasant, friendly personality *Self-starter, highly motivated, cheerful, outgoing, friendly, positive personality, wants and looks to stay busy, strong communication skills both written and oral.  Only serious candidates need apply. 

 

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30a-5:30p
