We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Entry Level Management Trainee. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for success in event fundraising and management. This position offers an exciting opportunity for career growth and advancement within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in training programs designed to provide a thorough understanding of event fundraising principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of fundraising events, including logistics management, vendor coordination, and participant engagement.
  • Support the recruitment, training, and management of event volunteers to ensure successful event execution and participant satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to promote events and drive participation through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and community outreach.
  • Provide excellent customer service to event participants, sponsors, donors, and other stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the development of event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial goals are met or exceeded.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate event performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for future events.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in event fundraising and management.
  • Support other departments and initiatives within the organization as needed, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to learn new skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Passion for making a difference and contributing to the success of fundraising initiatives.
