Job Summary:As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a variety of equipment within your designated market area. This role requires technical expertise, mechanical aptitude, and strong problem-solving skills to ensure equipment is serviced to the highest standards.

Equipment Maintenance and Repair:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and other commercial equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent breakdowns and ensure equipment operates efficiently.
- Install new equipment and parts according to company protocols and manufacturer specifications.
Customer Interaction:
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and offering solutions to meet their needs.
- Educate customers on proper equipment usage and maintenance to prolong the life of their systems.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Accurately complete work orders, time sheets, and inventory logs.
- Maintain detailed records of all work performed, including diagnostics and repairs.
Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Comply with company policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the technical support team for complex troubleshooting and repair needs.
- Collaborate with other technicians to share knowledge and improve service delivery.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial HVAC, refrigeration, or a related technical field.
Certifications:
- EPA certification preferred.
- Additional certifications relevant to HVAC and refrigeration are a plus.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Must pass a Department of Transportation physical exam.
