Position: Outside Sales Consultant
Location: Greater St. Louis Area

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Grow, build and nurture partnerships with our referral partners
• Drive sales growth through effective communication and negotiation
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets

Requirements:

• Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales goals
• 3-5+ years of experience as a flooring sales specialist for in-home/outside sales
• Hunter and farmer mentality with a drive to succeed
• Ability to independently network and generate leads
• Proven sales experience, preferably in a residential setting
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
• Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
• Highly developed organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in sales tracking and reporting
• Coachable, self-motivated, and competitive nature
• Comfortable speaking publicly with confidence
• Desire to be part of a collaborative and supportive team
• Interest in achieving a six-figure income with dedication and effort
• Sense of urgency and commitment to meeting customer needs
• Schedule flexibility to accommodate evening and weekend appointments
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Details & Perks:

• $75,000 Base + Commission potential = $100,000+
