Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTemporary Quality Control Specialist
Pay Rate: $21 an hourLocation: Houston, TX 77006Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm A non-profit organization is seeking a Temporary Quality Control Specialist to join their team. With your strong communication and confidentiality, you will profoundly impact the organization by organizing data, evaluating performance, and assisting the program director. Submit your resume todayQuality Control Specialist’s Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance and oversee file documentation.
  • Research and collaborate to write grants and create training materials.
  • Intake and assess each client interested in vocational training.
  • Provide job readiness orientations, determine employment opportunities, and guide clients through the interview and hiring process.
  • Provide translation services and transportation assistance for clients.
  • Attend meetings with other service providers and participate in staff retreats, tours, agency fairs, speaking engagements, and events.
Quality Control Specialist’s Requirements:
  • Associate degree or two years of related experience.
  • One year experience in social work or a refugee program.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
