The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for contributing to the success of Mohawk Chevrolet by expediting & documenting the flow of incoming & outgoing shipments in a professional process which is efficient, accurate & in compliance with all safety processes. Other duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Receiving and posting of all parts from manufacture and outside vendors
  • Shelving and locating parts in our Document Management System
  • Processing Cores and Warranty Return Parts
  • Maintain clean warehouse and work area
  • Pulling and filling outgoing wholesale parts orders
  • Routing drivers for wholesale delivery
  • Processing daily cycle counts

Requirements:

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Some experience with shipping, receiving, purchasing, inventory
  • Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions, correspondence and other information
  • Mathematical skills; ability to use calculator
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Must have a valid driver license
  • Must be a team player with integrity and strong work ethics
