Risk Assessment and Safety Management: Conduct thorough risk assessments before diving operations, implement safety procedures, and ensure that all dive team members adhere to safety protocols. Coordination and Planning: Plan and coordinate diving operations, including the deployment of personnel, equipment, and resources necessary for UXO/EOD tasks underwater.
