ProSidian Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Dive Supervisor - Environmental Management to join our team. As a Dive Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all diving activities related to the detection, identification, and disposal of underwater explosive hazards.

• Supervise and direct all diving activities, ensuring that divers are safely conducting underwater UXO/EOD operations in compliance with DoD standards and project-specific protocols.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments before diving operations, implement safety procedures, and ensure that all dive team members adhere to safety protocols.
• Plan and coordinate diving operations, including the deployment of personnel, equipment, and resources necessary for UXO/EOD tasks underwater.
• Provide pre-dive briefings to divers, ensuring they are aware of the mission objectives, potential hazards, and safety measures.
• Maintain detailed records of all dive operations, including dive logs, safety checklists, and reports on UXO/EOD activities performed underwater.

• 7+ years in diving supervision; certifications such as Dive Supervisor Certification required.
• Associate's degree or equivalent in related field.
• Strong emphasis on safety management, with the ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and enforce safety protocols in high-risk underwater environments.
• Effective leadership skills to manage and direct dive teams, ensuring clear communication, coordination, and execution of UXO/EOD tasks.
• Technical proficiency in diving equipment, UXO/EOD tools, and ordnance disposal techniques applicable to underwater scenarios.
