About this role:

We are seeking an Account Manager to handle “full-desk” recruiting responsibilities that include managing small – mid-sized client accounts, recruiting for open therapy positions, and over communicate with your therapists and clients. This position can be on-site in our Plymouth Meeting, PA office, or fully remote (depending on your location.)


The Account Manager will be the primary liaison between their assigned accounts and the therapists placed at these accounts. Our ideal candidate thrives in a high-paced environment, has a demonstrated track record of generating revenue, and has at least 3-5 years of “full desk” recruiting experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction throughout the year, account retention and/or horizontal growth.
  • Coordinate therapist and placement details with assigned clients for Account Manager’s specific book of business.
  • Recruit and fill open positions in a timely manner.
  • Submit qualified therapists to client and coordinate interviews.
  • Accountable for meeting established workforce metrics 
  • Negotiate client contracts and therapist rates.
  • Manage daily client and therapist interactions.
  • Establish and maintain a “Touch System” with clients as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with Finance to resolve billing and invoicing issues.
  • Stay abreast of credentialing requirements within assigned accounts and assist, if needed, with maintaining up-to-date credentials for placed therapists.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • College degree with 3-5 years’ experience in recruiting and sales
  • Knowledge of Special Education and healthcare is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic
  • Ability to multi-task & be detailed oriented.
  • Excellent phone communication skills
  • Strong administrative and computer skills
  • Motivated by results and financial opportunity.
