Position Overview:

RenogyX is seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn Sales Assistant or Sales Representative with the potential to eventually grow into a Sales Manager role. You will be engaged in various sales-related tasks, including contacting dealers via email and phone, following up on leads from the company website, and assisting the sales team with customer visits and meetings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for leading a variety of activities including, but not limited to:

  • Contact potential customers and dealers via email and phone to promote company products and services.
  • Track and manage leads from the company website, ensuring timely response.
  • Assist the sales team in customer visits and support during client meetings.
  • Maintain the sales database and keep detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Assist in formulating sales plans and participate in sales strategy discussions.
  • Complete other sales-related tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
  • Open to fresh graduates that are eager to learn and get into sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in email and basic office software.
  • Positive learning attitude and a willingness to grow in the sales field.
  • Strong learning ability.
  • Background in engineering is preferred.
  • Fluent in Madarin is a plus.
Working Conditions:

(Typical office conditions include the below)

  • Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.
  • Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily.
  • Hours occasionally exceed 40 hours per week.
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
