WHO ARE YOU?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible individual to join our team as a Room Attendant/Housekeeper. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms, public areas, and other spaces within the hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Room Cleaning: Clean and maintain guest rooms, including changing bed linens, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.

  2. Public Areas: Clean and maintain public areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms, to ensure a welcoming and orderly environment for guests.

  3. Linen Management: Manage and maintain an organized inventory of linens, towels, and other supplies to meet the needs of the guests.

  4. Guest Interaction: Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues.
