Responsibilities
- Ability to quote, bind and issue new & renewal business on the different carrier websites.
- Assigns assistants to prepare binders, certificates, Auto ID cards and invoices.
- Review expiration list with producers for renewal business
- Processes requests from clients when agent is unavailable.
- Complies with company policies and procedures.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Maintain insurance license and Continuing education requirements
Requirements
- Experience with Personal lines of insurance.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Producers license in Property and Casualty.
- Personal computer experience, Microsoft outlook (email), word, Adobe
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
- Flexible; ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
- Performs tasks with speed, quality, and accuracy
