As a Lead HVAC Installer - Service Tech, you will provide support to our growing commercial installation division by scheduling and dispatching crews as well as ordering equipment and materials. You'll also expertly maintain project labor hours within acceptable limits and request change orders as needed to maintain the profitability of jobs.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEAD HVAC INSTALLER - SERVICE TECH

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years installation and service technician experience
  • Understanding of industry safety and compliance practices
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Leadership skills
  • Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
  • Must be able to relocate or travel to Show Low, AZ, or the surrounding areas if hired
