Advanced Air Systems in the Gila Valley is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative - CSR to help our customers with their HVAC, electrical, or plumbing inquiries. This office position earns a competitive wage of $15 - $25/hour with opportunity for spiffs. ABOUT ADVANCED AIR SYSTEMS
Founded in 2001, we are a locally-owned heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical company that proudly provides customer-focused service to eastern Arizona including Graham, Greenlee, & Cochise Counties, and now proudly serving the White Mountain communities. We specialize in designing, engineering, and installing complete comfort systems and back up generators for owners of existing homes and buildings. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - CSR
As a Customer Service Representative - CSR, you are vital to our home services business. In our fast-paced customer-centric environment, you help our customers through the phone or in person. Making sure our customers have 5-star service experience, you promptly answer questions and handle any issues or concerns. You even have opportunities to offer our services and earn spiffs. With patience and professionalism, you build great rapport and establish strong customer relations. Helping others gives you a great sense of accomplishment. You enjoy offering services that improve the homes of our customers
QUALIFICATIONS
- Office experience
- Customer service experience
- Computer experience
- Must be able to work in Show Low, AZ.
