Location Details: This role is hybrid with up to 3 days on-site/week.


Evans is hiring a Program Support Analyst resource to join their growing team in one of their contracts in Washington DC. You will perform records management, and general program management support functions that assist in executing reporting, dashboards, communications, and stakeholder data insights. We are seeking someone who demonstrates proven success in building records management for end-user functionality.


  • Verify data and records to ensure compliance and record management guidelines.
  • Provide data insights to stakeholders that assist in solution development.
  • Manage, monitor, control, and report procedure development activities to assist the Government in gathering requirements, creating project and implementation plans.
  • Process documentation to capture and document processes and procedures utilizing Microsoft Visio and other automated systems.
  • Troubleshoot, monitor, and resolve records management issues or discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
  • Produce briefing packages and coordinate presentation materials for discussion and team-based activities.
  • Manage the processing and publication of ATC procedural changes.
  • Process Air Traffic Safety Action Program Corrective Action Requests and Safety Risk Management Documents.
  • Ensure publications are compliant with Section 508, and records management guidelines.
  • Prepare and process official correspondence associated with program publications and records management objectives.
  • Contribute to the programs business strategy development and planning.
  • Support Microsoft SharePoint Knowledge Services Network (KSN) to maintain an information management system that aligns with program objectives.
  • Create and manage web content for the program websites hosted on Adobe Communique (CQ5) platform, which includes air traffic interpretations.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree).
  • Government contract analyst, and or communications experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of general records management functions of pulling and translating data, theories, principles, and practices with a solid knowledge of general budgeting principles and practices.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Precise, detail-oriented, and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Support meeting planning and coordination, including stakeholder outreach, logistics, note taking and tracking actions.
  • Skilled in stakeholder identification, outreach, and management.
  • Demonstrates analytical thinking and active listening to drive success.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to understand both meaning as well as intent of writing and develop appropriate response strategies to both elements.
