You work 36 - 40 hours per week, with no weekends Our clinic is open Monday and Wednesday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Join our energetic team today

DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?
- Veterinary technician experience
- Well-rounded knowledge of patient care, including exams, surgeries, dental services, and hospitalized cases
- Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs. and work on your feet most of the day
- Ability to safely restrain animals and take blood samples
- Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills
Preferred Criteria:
- 1+ years of surgical assistance experience
- Experience taking X-rays and dental radiographs
- Experience with dental prophylaxis
- Proficiency with Shepherd software

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a Veterinary Technician, you support efficient daily operations and provide high-quality medical care services. You're on the frontlines of our pet care clinic, interacting with animals and owners to facilitate positive experiences. Working closely with your team, you support effective appointments by placing IVs and catheters, taking X-rays, performing venipuncture, and safely restraining animals. You also assist our doctors with surgery, thoroughly preparing rooms and closely following directions during procedures.
Providing great customer service, you also manage our front desk and speak with owners about at-home pet care. You answer phone calls, update our appointment calendar, maintain medical records, and educate owners on common health concerns. Diligently, you also help clean enclosures, wash laundry, walk dogs, and feed the animals.
