👩️‍⚕️ Home Infusion Nurse - Part-Time - Warren, MI

  • 📍 Location: Warren, MI 48089
  • 💵 Salary: $40-50/hr

Elevate Home Health in Warren: We're seeking dedicated and experienced Home Infusion Nurses in Warren, MI, ready to provide high-quality, compassionate care in patient homes.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • 💉 Administer specialized home infusion treatments including IVIG.
  • 📊 Perform comprehensive patient assessments, adjusting care plans as needed.
  • 📝 Maintain precise treatment documentation in line with healthcare standards.
  • 🤝 Coordinate with healthcare teams for optimal patient care.
  • 🧰 Properly manage and maintain infusion equipment.
  • 🎓 Educate patients and their families on infusion therapies and health management.

Qualifications:

  • 🆔 Active nursing license in Michigan.
  • 🎓 Nursing degree with significant RN experience or IV Certified LVN/LPN.
  • ❤️ Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • 🚗 Ability to travel locally in the Warren area.
  • 💻 Skilled in using EMR and other healthcare technologies.

  • 🕒 Job Types: Full-time, Part-Time, 
  • 📅 Schedule: Day shifts, includes weekends.
  • 💲 Pay: $40-50/hr, based on experience.
