When we Trumark our homes, it is because they reach every one of these criteria.

Overview:

Our ideal candidate is an independent achiever. This primarily consists of processing invoices and maintaining open communication with vendors regarding their payments. This candidate is deadline-driven and exhibits strong multitasking abilities. He or she must be a team player.

Essential Duties:

  • Sort incoming invoices by project
  • Data entry for weekly check runs for 4-5 separate projects
  • Scan all processed batches into INTACT
  • Communicate with the Corporate Office on date and arrivals in incoming checks
  • Mail out checks received from the Corporate Office
  • Work with Vendors on problems that may arise with weekly check runs
  • All other duties, as assigned

Education and Additional Requirements:

  • Ideally 2-3 years AP experience in the construction industry
  • Advanced Excel experience
  • Ability to take direction and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in face paced environment
  • Team player with great communication skills
