We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Administrator / Credit Manager. This role involves managing sales administrative tasks while also overseeing the credit lending process of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing orders, maintaining customer and sales records, assessing the creditworthiness of potential customers, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Process orders via email or phone and check data accuracy in orders and invoices.

  • Maintain and update sales and customer records, and develop monthly sales reports.

  • Assess the creditworthiness of potential customers and conduct detailed financial analysis to evaluate risk levels in extending credit.

  • Implement the company’s credit policies and procedures and set terms of credit for clients.

  • Monitor the status of existing credit accounts and manage collection processes.

  • Evaluate A/R for account overrides and make collection calls on accounts needed.

  • Ensure all credit department operations comply with legal regulations and provide recommendations to improve the company’s overall credit risk management strategy.

  • Collaborate with other departments such as sales and accounting to resolve credit issues.

  • Assist the Sales administrator in managing the pencil (commission reports) to help find errors in the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator, Credit manager, or similar role.

  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).

  • Knowledge of credit-related laws and regulations.

  • Experience performing credit reviews and risk managements.

  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage priorities.

  • Manage the Credit department including the A/R specialist and the A/P specialist.
