We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager II to join our healthcare client's growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing multiple, high-complexity projects across various departments. You'll be a strategic partner, working closely with stakeholders to ensure projects align with our overall business goals.
What You'll Do:
- Be the single point of accountability for assigned projects, from planning and execution to successful completion.
- Develop and implement strategic project plans, ensuring they are clear, concise, and achievable.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Leverage project management best practices and tools to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, keeping stakeholders engaged and informed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with managing multiple projects to successful completion.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to scope.
- Experience in a healthcare, financial services, or information systems environment required.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP certification preferred.
