Summary

You will have the opportunity to work with the plant management and sales team to estimate job costs, prepare quotations, and program CNC Lathes and Milling Centers.

What you’ll do

  • Quoting field service jobs, chasing customer’s purchase orders, and order process.
  • Professionally process requests from the customer, field service, and sales.
  • Correspondence with customer, sales, engineers, and plants via phone calls, fax and email/web mail.
  • Continuous follow – up through emails/phone call to SMS sales personnel, customers for the proper information for quote/order. Support the customer’s needs through the whole process.
  • Accountable for collecting time cards, expenses and field service report from field technician to create summary of the site visit for the customer.
  • Liable for invoicing all field service visits plus follow up to make sure invoices are paid and the customer is satisfied.
  • Follow through with new customer enrollment process.
  • Responsible for coordinating both domestic and international field service site visits. Able to find and expedite parts for field service within 24-hour turn around.
  • Summarize and review service job
  • Review and process service reports
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

  • Strong commitment to providing superior customer service in conjunction with excellent communication skills on all levels.·
  • Knowledge of Standard MS Office applications.
