We are seeking a front office Receptionist to assist the ESS Office Engagement Coordinator with daily tasks and keep operations running smoothly.

This is a part time position; 24-29 hours per week


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following

Welcomes visitors by greeting them in person or on the phone, answering or referring inquiries;
Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring sign in and appointments;
Maintains files and assist new employees with on-boarding process;
Administrative support for OEC and occasionally resolve minor issues when OEC is not available;

QUALIFICATIONS

Computer literacy required with Microsoft Office experience preferred.
Must have one year of customer service or administrative experience.
Must be highly organized with excellent communication skills.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:


Relevant background checks must be completed and approved.

Complete drug screening.
